There are thousands of beauty products in the market claiming practically everything; any tips for our audience how they select any Product?

Before buying any product sees the label, you can see the expiry date, you can see the ingredients, if you know a little bit you can find out. Unlike, if you talk about the skin toner, you can just see, there should be no alcohol because alcohol always makes your skin dry and we are using alcohol making your skin dry, you can have wrinkles or you can have even acne. Sometime, we see some ads and we see some celebrity using some product or sometime we feel this color is in so, we buy the product. We have to be careful, what color skin tone we have. So, go to a shop where you can see some testers and you can test it on your own skin especially, while buying foundation or eyeshadow or lipstick you have to see which color suits your skin tone. Once you test it and feel it is good for you, buy it.

 

Your industry is one of the most effected during Covid 19, how you see yourself from now onwards? Are you diverting yourself in something new or you are coming up with something new innovated?

In fact, our industry was most affected during Covid because we cannot keep that distance between us and the clients. So, we innovated the new norms. We change the techniques of everything- Threading, manicure, pedicure, facial, make-up, waxing, everything.

So, that we do not spread virus at all. We gave immense training to our staff. So, that they can follow the new norms, they can follow all the safety rules, keeping themselves safe and as well client safe. We took care of hygiene as well, sterilization, sanitization, disinfection are the keys to keep everybody safe and we really really took care of that.

Since, last 30 years we were into production as well. we were making skin care products, hair care products, make-up products but during Covid we started with the innovated products like we started making disinfectant, hand sanitizers, sanitizer for fog machine, sanitizer for currency as well and vegie and fruit wash as well which is very very innovative and it was the need of the ours. We can keep ourself safe by using all these products and we started making for everyone to keep our country safe.


 

Bharti Taneja, 30 years and now you must have faced some moments where you know it's like,"I can't do it, that’s it, It's over".Tell us how you motivated yourself to Carry On?

Yes, I also face lot of challenges. There was a time when we had lost all our business and had no money at all to start again but i believe it does not matter how much money you have in your pocket, what matters is how many dreams and aspirations you have in your heart and I had that.

My mother-in-law gave me just 2000 rupees and I started my business in one of my bedroom by the grace of god, support of my family and my hard work. we have more than 60 Centers, academies and clinics all over India at the moment and my second challenge was my health, when I started my business I was pregnant with lot of health issues and within one year of starting my business I had arthritis, I could not walk, I could not stand even but I believe if you have hunger to succeed you have power within yourself to achieve So, I started with lot of medicines and lot of exercising although it was very very painful but I kept on doing exercise and I came out of my disease within one year but the most important was I never stopped working I kept on working I used to make my clients sit on a revolving chair I used to sit on another revolving chair and kept on working for them and satisfying them.

 

Your Franchise partners, they must have broken? How you are keeping them Motivated?

However Franchise, we make special videos give it to them, give them immense training, their staff immense training, so that they can keep all the safety norms, open the clinics easily and keep their clients and staff as well safe. We will make innovative products and we gave them on a very special price. So, that they can use them keep their clinics hygienic and safe as well and we were sharing our all the testimonial videos so that they can send it to their clients and call them and people can come without any hesitation.

Results happen overtime not overnight so, work hard and stay consistent and be patient. Don't wait for opportunities, create them and grab them.
