FILMS THE LUNCHBOX Directed by Ritesh Batra It is the story of a lonely man who has forgotten what any companionship means and a typical middle-class Indian housewife, equally alone. It is the story of meeting via eating. It is a love-story folded delicately in letters of two lonely souls connecting in a vast, modern metropolis, and remaining strangers even as their intimacy grows.      Once again       Directed by Kanwal Sethi The film follows two middle-aged people, one a famous actor, another a restaurateur, falling in love with each other. After years of talking over phone calls, Amar the actor chooses to drop by her restaurant. Initially astonished, she soon warms up to the idea of putting a face to their conversations as the two individuals give each other another chance in love. VEER ZAARA Directed by Yash Chopra  Yash Chopra's Veer-Zaara is a typical melodramatic film about humanity, devotion, sacrifice, and the power of love. It is a visually stunning and emotionally touch

LOVE AAJ KAL- CHANGING DYNAMICS OF RELATIONSHIPS AND V DAY CELEBRATIONS

Image
Heart-shaped balloons, bouquets, and roses- you must have spotted these lately at the traffic signal or your nearby market coz it's non-other than Valentine’s week with sugar, spice, and everything nice (but in color red of course).  Celebrated on 14 February across the globe in remembrance of St Valentine who, as the tale goes, would help unite couples. Basically what a swipe on your phone does today was done by this gentleman in the 3rd century. Indeed technology has played a huge role in not just how Valentine’s day is celebrated but relationships themselves have transformed over the years. From finding your date online to sending e- gift cards, even going on virtual dates- technology has made it more accessible, or is it mere self-centered ‘convenience’? The butterflies of meeting someone special in person and the romance of handwritten letters (my personal favorite) is missing these days as that ‘personal Midas touch’ seems to fade away. Social media exerts a great influence

What has been your career highlight so far? For me as an actor my first priority is to be honest with my character n justify it which i have been trying to do from my very first project… like “Diya aur Baati hum”, “Savdhan India”, few TV commercials... got selected and did pilots back to back for two big finite TV shows but unfortunately never started, was really disappointing for me as an aspiring actor but made me more stronger and that was the moment when I transformed myself into an actor, however my current role of “Rohan” as one of the leads in “Sasural Simar Ka” is really appreciated by people and would definitely want Rohan to keep ruling the hearts of millions and millions of people forever. Who is your favourite actor? For me there is no difference between a hero of the film or a character artist of the film... all actors have their own range and charisma... I fall in love with the characters, story like the character of a coach played by Randeep Hooda in Sultan was rea
