Nepotism Everywhere

Nepotism, we all are familiar with this word, especially after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, this word has come into more limelight among the people. But, this word "Nepotism" is not only cofined to the death of this talented actor, even it is widely spread and deep rooted everywhere.
We can observe nepotism in the ongoing Politics, Bollywood, Businesses, etc.
This practice of people with power favouring their relatives or friends has become a prevalent system of our society.

Society nepotism has been triggered with the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. But it can be seen in bollywood since long. We can take so many examples of nepotism in bollywood. Directors giving priorities to the Star Kids and not the Common struggling actors. In some of the cases we can see that casting of bollywood movies do not depend on the talent. Star kids are casted without any  trial and the talented actors are being avoided because of them.

We can also observe nepotism in Politics. If we see the data  of all the MPs, we will see that most of the political members belongs to the political background. The hereditary is being followed. If the father  is a MP, then his son or daughter will definately be the next  MP.

In our society, the power is more respected and prioritised than talent or the capibilities of a particular person. This practice should be changed, talent should be respected more than the power. Chances should be given to the talents, regardless of the powers. This is the only way of progress of the country.
