Stress management by yoga

Dhanurasana 


Dhanurasana :. When it is performed the body takes the shape of a bow that is why it is named as Dhanurasana. It is one the best yoga pose for relieving stress. To perform this pose Lie on your stomach with your arms by the side of your body.Fold your knees, take your hands backward and hold your ankles.




Matsyasana


The fish pose, if carried out in water, takes the shape exactly the same when someone allows the body to float quite easily like that of a fish. For this pose Lie down on your back. Keep your feet together and hands relaxed alongside the body. Place the hands underneath the hips, palms facing down. Put the elbows closer toward each other.

Paschimottanasana

Sitting up with the legs stretched out straight in front of you, keeping the spine erect and toes flexed toward you and this is the Paschimottanasana.
