*How have You come a-fore with the business of Beauty over the period of years? 




Well… being Aashmeen Munjaal in the world of Make-Overs from last 22 years and Niell Talwar in the world of Hair from last almost 8 years, we have been doing great under the brand name of ‘Star Salon’. And right now, we opened up our new brand because of our students, mainly, as we are into academy, wherein, we train students into Make Up & Hair industries, and they all need our support - so – ‘Ash & Niell’ is a brand which is being basically given to our students to make a name in the industry - and - like we are the supporters in the backbone, and this is how the brand is going.

*With the success of Your ‘Aashmeen Munjaal’s Star Salon n Academy’, You have now successfully-unveiled Your fresh-new beauty brand ‘Ash & Niell’ (unisex salon)? 

It’s been 21 years in the Beauty business like we are in and we’ve been doing Make-Overs, Hair Make-Overs, and Skin Care of our Clients since almost two (2) decades. The whole idea is create happiness and create beauty, internally and externally, So, people who come to us to our lounge need to have a feeling and experience of “feel good”. So, “feel good” is the main thing that brought us into this business. For, if we can contribute and if we can bring in a Smile on someone’s face by doing a Make-Over or giving a service, then why not?

The whole idea of creating our new brand ‘Ash & Niell’ is to give a very fresh and contemporary feel to the young generation, mainly, the youth, young families of today who are looking for fashion in Make-Up & Hair & Skin to be up-to-the-mark for the latest fashion demand in the world. They always want to try out something new. You will find a fresh menu every quarter. And that’s what the specialty (USP) of this brand is.

In the all units of ‘Ash & Niell’ we are introducing a new kind of an interior like it may be raw wood, it may be metallic wood, it may be different kind of colour themes that we are experimenting with, keeping in mind the taste of the youth like the young families who are young at heart, and who want to feel fresh and really feel happy. And that’s why interiors contribute a lot. The kind of uniform, staff we are having, atmosphere, music, and everything. Even the beverages we serve are something kind of makes you feel good, feel happy, kind of an experience.


*In the near-future… what do You ahead in life for? 




For sure… we are wanting like a great Academy. We’re already doing good business by training people in Make-Up & Hair. So, in the near future... we will be venturing into Skin as well, and then taking it to the next level from Delhi to India and to the world. So far, new things we have never explored inspire what we aspire for long. You can say it’s a launchpad for the “’Gen Next’” the kind of feel we will be creating through our students.
