Tete-a-Tete with Ace Actor Farooq Khan



Farooq  Khan started his career in Bollywood 26 years ago and since then has worked in some renowned TV serials and films such as Sanjay Khan’s Jay Hanuman, 1857 Kranti and Chandrakanta has acted with leading Bollywood stars in films such as Bollywood Diaries, Bhootath Returns along with web series like On the Key and Naxalbari. Khan has also been part of leading commercials and has been acting lately in the prime time daily soaps.



26 years in the industry why do you feel it still just the beginning?

Mein iss industry har ek din ko ek naye din ki tarah leta hu har ek character ko jo mein play karta hu use puri tayari ke sath jaise aaj mera pehla din ho, Usi tarah se plan karta hu aur iss industry mein har din par kuch naya shikhne ko milta hai jitna mein shikhta hu jitna mein samajhta hu yahi lagta h ki abhi to meine kuch shikha hi nhi hai abhi bohot kuch seekhna baaki hai.

Your project flop as a hero, so how did you deal with it?

Ye jo time tha bohot hi difficult tha kahi se kaam nhi mill pa raha tha or jo kaam mile the wo saare project sell ho gye, Uske baad serial se shuruwaat hui serial jaise chadlndrakanta , jai hanuman , 1857 kranti or kai saare serials kiye meine.

Share some moments you remember during the 26 years of your journey?

Mere liye to har din ek wow moment hai Camera mei liya hua har shot mere liye wow moment he rahega  Waise shikhne ke hisab kitab se kahu to Sanjay khanJji ke sath jo meine serial kiye jai hanuman, 1857 kranti, kahani mahabharat ki, har ek serial mei jo kuch bhi shikhne ko mila jiski badolat mei iss industry mei kayam hu.

Any advice for youngsters out there waiting to get a break?

Ab youngsters ke liye kya advice kar sakte hain, iss industry mein aane ke liye sabse zyada zaruri hai hardwork aur hardwork se bhi zyada zaruri hai takdeer. Agar aapki takdeer achi hai to aapko kaam milega he milega Magar shirf takdeer ke balbute pe kaam nhi chalta hardwork mehnat bohot zyada zaruri hai iss industry mein tike rehne ke liye ek actor ko bohot zyada mehnat or mashakat karni padti hai. Bas jo kaam jis tarah se aata hai use usi tarah se lena chahiye Or usko character mei dhalne se pehle puri tarike se tayari karni hai usko us character ko samajhna hoga jo us character ke baare mei baate jo ek choti choti briefing choti choti details hoti hai us detail ko us actor ko samajhna  chahiye Or uske hisaab se kaam karna chahiye Or apne attitude or baaki saari cheeze jo bhi ye aajkal ke youngster ke andar hoti hai use apne ghar he chorkar aaye, iss industry mei jo sabse badi baat maine rakhti hai wo hai apna attitude. Agar aap ek ache actor hai mehnat karte hai apne character ko samjhte hai to aapke liye iss industry ke darwaaze khule hai agar aap ache actor hone ke bawujud aapke andar kuch attitude hai kuch aapke andar chote mote faults hai or aap kitna bhi acha kaam kare or janta ne aapko pasand nhi kia to khatam hogyi aapki life.


 

Does nepotism exist?

I don't thing nepotism naam ki koi cheez bhi iss industry mein hai.

 

What are your views on changing technology that is affecting the entertainment industry?

Changing technology se ye hua hai ki jo ek seen shoot kia jata hai use editing table par bohot behtarin banaya jata hai aaj kal jo VFX hai kafi saari nai nai technology hai camera ke lenses itne ache ache aarhe hai or camera itne ache ache aarhe hai ki jo beckgroud hota hai background ke jo color effect jo hote hai or ya jo bhi effect hote hai wo itne ache se milte hai ki jo pehle milna mushkil hota tha magar aaj kaafi saari cheeze badal gyi hai or ek actor ko in saari cheezo ke hisaab se tayar rehna chahiye.
