How your journey started? Tell some your difficult movements?

Well like every little girl I also had a dream to become a fashion model however I could not become one due to family circumstances at that point of time.

 

In your contest ladies are from different strata of society, how difficult it is to manage them together as some are from very small cities?

Well, These women are from different culture, different societies, different state but inka jo Sapna hota hai crown jeetne ka woh common hota hai aur woh similar hota hai isiliye inko manage karna aasan hota hai kyunki har Bhasha dheere dheere samajh mein aane lag jaate Hai, aur Jo man se baat nikalti hai woh apne  aap samajhte Hain Jo ki crown ko lekar Hoti hai to difficulty bilkul bhi nahin Hoti.

 

Are the families of these ladies supportive?

When we talk about families comparatively 10 years ago families were not have not that open minded but abhi family dheere dheere hi badlav aa raha hai aur mujhe aisa lagta hai ki jis tarike se har mahila ek model Banna chahti hai bahut bahut bahut mahilaon ka jo Sapna hai woh glamour industry ke through aur parents ke through poora ho raha hai.

 

How these ladies adjust to the glamour world?


When we group them, We trained them unko knowledge provide karte Hain ki aapko kis tarike se media handle karna hai kis tarike se audition handle karne hain kis tarike se photoshoot per Jana kis tarike se aapko sari situation jo hai woh handle karni hai different different fields main glamour ke liye aur jab unka complete makeover ho jata hai to aap dekhiye Jo unka confidence hai woh ek alag hi level per hota hai that's how slowly and gradually started adjusting into glamour world because the hidden glamour is always there in each and every woman.

 

What is your say to all the women? your words motivate them.

When I would like to say this to each and every women that there is no age to fulfill their dreams wo kehte Hain Na kainat aapko wohi chiz se milvati hai jisko aap man se chahte Hain, to yahan per bhi exactly aisa hi hai, ye request meri aap sabhi se hai jo logon ke pass apne sapne man mein daba kar baithe Hain woh please bahar aaye or apne sapno ko pura Karen, Apne talent ko waste na hone dein.
