Depression is not a decision

Depression is not just a feeling but a disease. It has nothing to do with being rich and poor. Depression is a major issue that we all deal with but never speak out. No one ever knows how deep it can dig into you. It literally eats a bit of you every day.


The pain of it only felt by the person who experiences it. So we should be aware of mental health as we are aware of other diseases.


Be Kind



Everyone you meet is battling a battle you know nothing about. So be kind to everybody around you.
Teach your child to be kind to the world but at the same time tell them not to expect from the world to be kind in return. Teach them to be strong and face every situation and judgments.


Lack Of Family Importance



A study has shown that the most developed country USA has the 80% of its population is suffering from depression. So it clearly shows that any kind of development can not make you happy. If we take a deep check on this data, we can analyze that as we know about western culture, there is a lack of family values and relationship values. That is the reason a person feels more alone and depressed from inside.
So family and friends play an important role in your mental health. Always make sure how busy you are in your life don't forget to spend some quality time with your family and friends. It will not take anything from you, even it will improve your own lifestyle and mental health. Keep yourself and your family positive and happy.


Love yourself



Love yourself the way you are. Do not give the remote control of your emotions in another's hand to make you feel the way they want. Nobody knows the real you and your battles. So if someone passes judgment about you do not get bothered just leave them thinking that their opinion is just useless because they don't know a bit about you.


Create your will power



Will power you can not find anywhere else. It's within you, you just have to create it within yourself. You can not expect life to be fair all the time. Bad things will also come your way. The situation will get worse from previous ones. Life is just like that. Accept it. Sometimes it's fair... sometimes unfair. It's up to you how you deal with it. Always remember everything in this world is temporary and so the bad time. Don't get impatient so quickly. Have patience have faith in yourself and your will power. Every struggle is a step forward. It is a part of growing.

I literally feel everything else in life is secondary- success, money, position, power, and fame.
People, their mental health, their emotions must be given more time than the internet, gadgets, social media.




Whoever is reading this blog, I wanna say something to you.
If you are struggling with some kind of thoughts and situation and getting depressed with it. Do not hold it inside. Just speak it out to your family or friends or whoever you feel comfortable sharing with.

And also want to say something to the people who are not experiencing such a thing, you should be aware and should be more focused on your family and friends and towards their mental health. Your one conversation with them can change their life.
